To use 52200’s services, you must register one account providing truthful, accurate, and current information. Each user is allowed only Only one account allowed. Multiple account ownership is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without compensation.
The name registered on your account must match the name on the bank or eWallet account used for transactions. Any mismatch may cause delays or rejection of transactions.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login information confidential. Any activity on your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

Prohibited Activities
- Using false information or someone else’s identity during registration
- Opening an account on behalf of others without written permission

- Abusing platform promotions or offers dishonestly
- Sharing accounts with other users or transferring account ownership
- Using the platform for activities illegal under Malaysian law
- Disrupting other users’ experience on the platform
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the 52200 platform are conducted using Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not directly accept foreign currencies. Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet and bank transfers through approved local financial institutions.
Users are responsible for ensuring funds deposited are their own and obtained legally. Attempts to deposit funds from illegal sources or via unauthorized payment methods may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
For withdrawals, 52200 will process requests within the stated timeframe after identity verification is complete. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered under the same user name. Any discrepancies may cause withdrawal requests to be delayed or declined pending verification.

In cases of suspension or closure due to user violations, any remaining account balance may be held temporarily pending investigation.
Users may also voluntarily close their accounts by contacting the 52200 support team and completing the required verification process. Once account closure is confirmed, all personal data will be handled in accordance with Privacy Policy that apply to us.
